    10 Easy steps to buying your property in Spain

    1: Complete the Information request form

    2: A member of our advisors will contact you in the next 48 hours, in order to explain the property to you and area that better fits.

    3: We arrange a meeting in a place suited to you or our nearest office.

    4: Free viewing trip if the property/area of the property reach your standards. Small commitment needed.

    5: Reservation of £1800 on site. ("Remember to take your cheque book with you")

    6: After 1 month a payment of 10% less previous payments is required. Signature of the contracts and bank guaranty.

    7: Payment of the 20% in flexible instalments during the construction period. Aprox 20 to 24 months.

    8: One month before completion you can take over the pre-arranged mortgage of 30% in your property at preferential rates.

    9: Completion. Signing of the "Escritura" and key handover

    10: Enjoy your place in the Sun.
